A few weeks ago we went to Richmond to check out the Train Museum. It wasn't much of a museum as it's new and still under a lot of construction. I think it runs on donations since it was free admission. Grady didn't mind, he loved watching the trains drive around the tracks.
Thomas and James where driving around on this little track. It was difficult to peal Grady away.
The museum is in the process of building a giant train display spanning an entire room. It was still in the early stages of development. Most of the tracks weren't up yet, but they had the plan all mapped out and were very willing to give us a tour of what it looked like so far.
Next we went to the children's museum in Richmond where Grady picked apples.
then he returned his bucket of apples to the inside of the tree where they were sent back out to the branches for more picking!
Dean found his own form of entertainment while we were at the museum...

There were lots of other exhibits there which are pretty typical to most children's museums. Taylor and I weren't overly impressed with the place, but Grady had a lot of fun and that is all that matters!
Hopefully it'll be more interesting by the time you return there!
