Birthday Boy

Dean had his big first birthday a few weeks ago.  I'm finally getting around to uploading the photos.  I made him cupcakes with buttercream frosting.

He wasn't a big fan of the birthday hat...

 



 

 

I took at really adorable video of Dean eating his cupcake which is why I don't really have any pictures from his Birthday.  But a week later while his cousins were visiting, my sister-in-law decorated some Elmo cupcakes for everyone to enjoy as a belated birthday party.

What better way is there to get the frosting off your hand than by sucking your thumb?
