Grady really loves hiking in the mountains. Most weekends, it's all he talks about. Last weekend we weren't able to go, as Grady had a birthday party to go to (which was equally as fun). But two weekends ago we headed out to a park nearby.
The hike was along a stream. It was beautiful listening to the water flowing.
It was a mile or two hike to a waterfall, but we didn't make it that far. The trail was very rocky and wet in some areas, and Grady got tired.
Dean was in the backpack for the hike, but when we returned to the trail head we let him walk around. Taylor took the opportunity to scale a large rock. Grady really wanted to be able to climb it, too.
